Send TRC20 (USDT) on Tron crashes the Snap

### Expected behavior

Should be able to send USDT on TRON

Reproduce the failure by selecting TRON, sending USDT for less than the maximum available amount, and clicking Continue. Start by examining the npm:@metamask/tron-wallet-snap timeout and crash reported in the logs; done means the USDT transfer proceeds without the Snap crashing.
