[Bug]: Confirmations - I'm able to open Settings using Shield Update, land into Settings and then to Home leaving that tx pending in the wallet state

**Describe the bug**

I'm able to open Settings using Shield Update, land into Settings, change them and then to Home leaving that tx pending

**Expected behavior**

We didn't use to allow going to Settings with an unconfirmed tx, as this could lead to undesired effects (changing settings which affect txs)

**Steps to reproduce**

Pre requisite (subscribe to Shield and remove wallet funds)
1. Start a tx
2. Once in the last confirmation screen, click on Update plan
3. See settings are open
4. Change some settings
5. Click cross arrow
6. See you land at the Home screen, but you still have the pending unconfirmed tx in state
