Description

### Describe the bug

Only on Firefox, if there is no back up for the Secret Recovery Phrase during creation of the MM account, the "back up" pop up overlaps with the "say hello to bitcoin" section and also with the scroll bar.

**Expected result:**
There shouldn't be any overlap.

**Actual result:**
The "secret phrase back up" pop up overlaps with the scroll bar and other pop ups.

**Environment:**

Device: MacBook Pro M4 ; macOS Tahoe 26.2
Firefox version: 147.0.2
MM v13.19.0

- open MM on Firefox
- create an account without back up for the Secret Recovery Phrase during the creation of the MM account
- connect HW
- switch to the regular account
- notice the overlap
