[Bug]: Snap Account - Aggregated balance displays $0 no matter if I have funds (ETH) for manually installed Snap Accounts

Aggregated balance displays $0 no matter if I have funds (ETH) for external Snap Accounts installed

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Enable Install Snap Account from Settings
2. Install A snap Account ie. Para
3. From another account, send it some funds
4. See ETH is updated but aggregated balance continues to display 0$

Start by reproducing the issue with a manually installed Snap Account such as Para, following the listed Settings and funding steps. Trace where the Snap Account's ETH balance is updated and where the aggregated balance is calculated. Done means the aggregated balance reflects funded external Snap Accounts, with the existing ETH display still correct.
