the network filter on the send flow is not working as expected , it's linked to the one on token list

1. select BSC as network
2. go to send flow
3. open network selector
4. you should see all networks

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in the send flow by selecting BSC and opening the network selector in Chrome on macOS. Compare the selector with the token-list network filter and trace where the send-flow filter gets its network list. Done means the send-flow selector shows all networks after BSC is selected, independently of the token-list filter.
