[Bug]: Shield - Transaction Shield appears in the Confirmation page for Testnets (ie Sepolia) as a gray element

### Describe the bug

Transaction Shield appears in the Confirmation page for Testnets (ie Sepolia) as a gray element

### Expected behavior

- We shouldn't display the Shield component in the testnetworks
- We shouldn't perform API request to validate if the tx is covered

1. Subscribe to Shield
2. Select Sepolia network
3. Go to the test dapp
4. Select Sepolia
5. Trigger a tx
6. See Shield element appears and it's always grayed out
