Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in MetaMask 13.13.1 with Bitlayer Mainnet (chain ID 200901), using the reported BTR and YBTC.B token addresses, and inspect the conversion-rate API response. Done means the API no longer returns 400 and the token exchange rate is visible, matching the Avax behavior.
