### Steps to reproduce
Full view:
1. Click on Bitcoin banner --> see new tab is opened

Sidepanel:
1. Open Sidepanel
2. Click on Bitcoin banner
3. See a full window tab is open, instead of keeping me in the context of the side panel and directing me to the correct page

Reproduce the issue in Chrome using the Bitcoin banner in both the full view and side panel, then trace the banner click entry point to see how the Swaps destination is opened. Done means the full view stays in its current page context and the side panel does not open a separate full-window tab.
