[Bug]: ENS address resolution does not work for Sepolia in send flow

**Describe the bug**

In Sepolia send flow, when i enter a valid ens domaine, i always get `No address resolution found for this name` error and cannot proceed send

**Expected behavior**

ens address should be resolved correctly

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Start a send flow
2. Enter a valid ens domaine in recipient field
3. See we get error message and the address is not resolved

Reproduce the issue in the Sepolia send flow using a valid ENS name, then trace the recipient field's address-resolution path from the send flow entry point. Done means a valid Sepolia ENS name resolves to its address and the send flow can proceed without the error.
