[Bug]: Smart transaction confirmation displayed when sending a second transaction

**Describe the bug**

When sending a second smart transaction, there are two confirmation screens:
1. Review transaction
2. Your transaction is complete (corresponding to the first transaction)

**Expected behavior**

One confirmation when sending a transaction

1. Send smart transaction
2. Send another smart transaction
3. Notice there are two confirmations
