[Bug]: Clear activity tab does not clear pending transactions on Sepolia network

**Describe the bug**

When there is a pending transaction on Sepolia test network, clearing activity tab data has no effect, and the pending transaction is still displayed

Unable to reproduce on Ethereum Mainnet

Clear Activity tab to clear the pending transactions on Sepolia test network

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Have a pending transaction on Sepolia test network
2. Go to Advanced Settings
3. Click Clear Activity tab data
4. Notice the pending transaction is still displayed in the Activity tab
5. Do steps 1,2,3 on Ethereum Mainnet
6. Notice the pending transaction disappeared

Start by reproducing the issue with a pending transaction on Sepolia, then compare the Clear Activity tab behavior with Ethereum Mainnet using the listed steps. Done means clearing activity data removes the pending Sepolia transaction from the Activity tab, as it does on Mainnet.
