[Bug]: Assets - Receive - Clicking Receive for a specific token, ie Solana, displays all the accounts, instead of the account for that asset/network (Solana)

### Describe the bug

Clicking Receive for a specific token, ie Solana, displays all the accounts, instead of the account for that asset/network (Solana).

### Expected behavior

To make user's life easier, if we select Solana, as the asset, when click Receive from the Asset page, I should see directly my Solana address (not EVM or other nonEVM addresses, like Bitcoin etc)

### Steps to reproduce

1. Click an asset ie. Solana
2. On the Asset's page, click Receive
3. See all addresses for all networks are available, instead of just showing the Solana one, for simplicity

Reproduce the flow in Chrome on macOS using version 13.11.0: open a Solana asset, select Receive, and inspect the account list. Trace how the asset page passes network or asset context into the Receive view. Done means selecting Solana presents only the Solana address rather than EVM, Bitcoin, or other network accounts.
