Description

### Describe the bug

Also reported by @adonesky1 this is a downgrade in user experience as I am not able anymore to quickly identify which address I have selected, or establish a mental link between my address name and the identicon
See comparison (13.7.0 -left side) vs (13.5.0 - right side)

Image

There's an ongoing discussion but I want to keep track of the issue anyway here, as I consider this a bug and downgrade of user experience

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in the Account view after login on Chrome and macOS with version 13.7.0, then compare the selected-account display with 13.5.0 and inspect the account/identicon UI path. Done means the selected account again shows its identicon and the behavior is verified against the reported regression.
