[Bug]: Confirmations - Send NFT - The alert `Address Needs Review. We can't verify this address` is displayed for when trying to send NFTs to my own Accounts

**Describe the bug**

The alert `Address Needs Review. We can't verify this address` is displayed for when trying to send NFTs to my own Accounts.
This doesn't happen with simple Sent ETH or with Send ERC20, but it does happen with NFTs

**Expected behavior**

No alert for when sending NFTs to addresses that I own (that are in my wallet)

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Start a send NFT
2. Select one of your own addresses as a destination
3. Go to last Confirmation screen
4. See Alert

Reproduce the NFT send flow in Chrome using two accounts owned by the wallet, then compare the final confirmation screen with ETH and ERC20 sends. Trace the confirmation alert and address-verification behavior; done means owned NFT destinations no longer show the review alert while other address warnings remain appropriate.
