Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the extension's hotkey handling and the code that opens the MetaMask window, then determine the expected opt-out setting and verify that the reported LEFT_SHIFT + LEFT_OPTION + M shortcut no longer opens the window when disabled.
