Description

### Describe the bug

When the Popular networks view is selected and clicking on the NFT contract address from the NFT details, it leads to the block explorer of the currently selected network, and not the NFT's block explorer

### Expected behavior

Clicking on the contract address from the NFT details to lead to the correct block explorer and display the NFT details

### Steps to reproduce

1. Have NFT on a network
2. Switch to a different network in MetaMask than the one with the NFT
3. Go to NFTs tab
4. Switch to Popular networks view
5. Click on NFT
6. Click on contract address
7. Notice it leads to currently selected network block explorer

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in Chrome using the listed steps, with an NFT on one network while MetaMask is switched to another, then trace the NFT details contract-address link. Done means clicking the contract opens the NFT's network-specific block explorer and displays its details rather than the currently selected network's explorer.
