Description
**What is this about?**
As a Snap builder we need to add the appropriate `platformVersion` in the `snap.manifest.json` file. At present there is no way to know what the platform version should be set to, without asking someone from the Snaps Team, or checking the repo of the extension to see the SDK version in the extension.
It would be good to display the Snap SDK version in the extension - maybe in the "About" screen, along with the extension version.

Research direction
Start by locating the extension's About screen and where its extension version is displayed, then find how the Snap SDK version is available in the extension. Done means the Snap SDK version appears alongside the extension version and the required stakeholder review is completed.
