[Bug]: When creating Bridge transaction from the Expanded view, the blue badge, indicating Confirmation, does not appear

### Describe the bug

When creating Bridge for EVM -> Solana transaction from the Expanded view, the blue badge, indicating Confirmation, does not appear. If user click on the MM icon in the browser bar, the popup with the Confirmation opens. The amount field in the popup is empty, while in the Expanded view there is a value. After the popup is opened `Submit` button disappears.

### Expected behavior

Blue badge is created for Pending Confirmation; popup and Expanded confirmation should match; Bridge can be successfully submitted.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Start Bridge fro ETH to SOL in the Expanded view
2. Proceed to Confirmation screen
3. Observe that blue badge is not shown on the MM icon in the browser bar
4. Open popup
5. Note, that amount field is empty, Submit button is not present

Reproduce the EVM-to-Solana Bridge flow from the Expanded view, then compare the confirmation screen with the browser-bar popup. Done means the blue Pending Confirmation badge appears, the popup and Expanded confirmation show the same amount, and the Bridge can be submitted successfully.
