[Bug]: Snaps - Manage Institutional Wallets screen doesn't have a Go Back/ Close button

Description

Describe the bug

Whenever I land into the Manage Institutional Wallets screen, there's no way to close that screen or go back Home, unless you use the browser go back feature.

Expected behavior

We should either have a close button or some button (MetaMask logo?) that points us to the Home page

Steps to reproduce
  1. Go to Advanced Settings
  2. Enable Institutional Wallets
  3. Click Account menu
  4. Click Add account
  5. Click Institutional Wallet
  6. See there's no component that allows you to go back to the Home page
