Description

**Describe the bug**

In the attached video, you can see that the pet names suggestion dropdown in the form field is overflowing the pet names modal. The modal does not grow and cannot be scrolled to see the dropdown.

**Expected behavior**

The modal grows to include the dropdown or a different modal or page view is used that is big enough to include the dropdown.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the flow in the MetaMask extension: open Send, reach confirmation, open the recipient address pill, and trigger the pet name suggestions in the second input. Trace the pet names modal and dropdown layout, then verify that the modal contains or scrolls to the dropdown without overflow.
