Research direction

Start by reproducing the claim failure from the Aioz website's staking history using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge with a Ledger, following the listed signature and blind-sign steps. Trace the resulting claim-failed error in version 12.15.1; done means staking, unstaking, or undelegating completes and the coins are reachable.
