[Bug]: Legacy transactions on mainnet, Legacy and EIP 1559 on Avalanche fail

### Describe the bug

Both Legacy and EIP 1559 fail with 'Internal JSON-RPC error' on Avalanche. Legacy tx fail with "processing response error" on Ethereum.
