Hidden accounts list covers all visible accounts when opened

### What is this about?

As a user that has 4 or more hidden accounts, when I expand the hidden accounts list, I cannot see any of my visible and pinned accounts without closing the hidden accounts list.

Is there a reason that the hidden accounts list is pinned and not scroll-able with the rest of the accounts list?
