### Describe the bug
I see this error in the console `Error#3: #snapGetPublicKey - unable to call snap, wallet is locked
(anonymous) @ sentry-install.js:1` but I didn't have any snap installed. Just a fresh imported wallet. I also see `Failed to delete OnChain triggers`

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in MetaMask beta on Chrome after importing and locking a wallet, then trace the snapGetPublicKey and Failed to delete OnChain triggers messages shown at sentry-install.js:1. Done means the cause of both console errors is identified and verified against the locked-wallet scenario.
