Start by reproducing the report in Chrome on Windows with MetaMask 11.13.1: right-click the extension, open Manage Extension, and toggle Developer Mode off and on. Investigate why a successful Linea Mainnet transaction is treated as unapproved and locks the wallet; done means the successful transaction no longer causes that lock.
