Change the MM confirmation prompts

While designing the Watch-only Snap, the team noticed the confirmation prompts may be confusing for this Snap. The current title of this set of prompts reads as follows:

- "Create account"
- "Account created"
- "Creating account failed"

The word "create" doesn't technically convey the action of the Watch-only Snap.

We should find a better term/word to update the prompts.
