Description
### What is this about?
Not sure if this is the place to give feedback on implemented changes but the way tokens are now being listed is absolutely no improvement.
Showing the full name below the symbol has very marginal utility as in my wallet I hold 30+ tokens and not a single one has a full name different than the symbol. So now I'm seeing every token listed "double".
Moving the balances to the right so that they are now right under the $ value is not ideal as you're now seeing dollar amounts and token amounts mixed in one column. They old way was much clearer.
The reason given "to align with mobile UX" is poor. The UI for the browser extension (which is mostly being used on desktop/laptops) doesn't need to look identical to the Mobile UI. That would defeat the entire purpose of making optimal use of the device's screen space. The way people use MetaMask browser extension on desktop/laptop is probably very different than mobile users.
I hope this gets reverted a.s.a.p.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the implemented changes in issue #22601 and the attached screenshot to understand the current Token list layout. Compare the browser-extension presentation of token names, fiat values, and token balances with the requested desktop behavior. Done requires a decided and reviewed direction, since this issue provides no acceptance criteria or implementation files.
