Description
### What is this about?
I have a bugged signature request. I can only click reject and when I want to start a new transaction, I get the prompt of the old signature. It doesnt matter what I do. I set the ammount of crypto to 13,600,000 coins but the value on the signature is "1461501637330902918203684832716283019655932542975". I cleared the browsercache. reinstalled metamask, cleared my account and now I dont know what to do

Research direction
Start by reviewing issue #21824 and reproducing the reported signature-request behavior in the MetaMask extension. Investigate why an old signature prompt remains after starting a new transaction and why the displayed value differs from 13,600,000 coins. Done means the stale prompt no longer blocks new transactions and the signature shows the requested amount.
