Description
### Describe the bug
In the "Building Locally" section of the Readme, it is written:
"Replace the INFURA_PROJECT_ID value with your own personal [Infura Project ID](https://infura.io/docs)."
The problem is that Infura has started calling it's Project IDs it's API keys instead as shown in their [site](https://docs.infura.io/infura/networks/ethereum/how-to/secure-a-project/project-id)

It would be great if the Readme could reflect the changes made by Infura so as to avoid any confusions.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Go to Readme.md file
2. Scroll down to Building Locally
3. View the 1st sub-point of the third point.

Research direction
Open Readme.md and locate the “Building Locally” section, specifically the first sub-point of its third step. Compare the Infura terminology there with the linked Infura documentation, update the outdated wording, and verify that the setup instruction remains clear and accurate.
