Description
### Describe the bug
**Problem**: I only see token aggregators when Token Detection is switch on. When it's switch off, I don't see the token aggregators for each token detected. I believe this is not expected (not 100% sure).

**Expected**:

### Steps to reproduce
1. Unlock MM
2. Change network to Mainnet
3. Ensure Token Detection is Off on Advanced Settings
4. Go to Home
5. Click Refresh token list
6. Open detected tokens -- see token aggregators are not displayed
7. Go to Advanced Settings
8. Enable Token Detection
9. Go to Home
10. Click Refresh token list
11. Open detected tokens -- see now token aggregators are displayed

Research direction
Reproduce the behavior through Advanced Settings and Home: turn Token Detection off, refresh the token list, and open detected tokens. Trace the detected-token display and Token Detection setting to determine why aggregators are omitted when the setting is off. Done means token aggregators are displayed in both setting states without changing the reported refresh flow.
