My metamask is stucked in "Submitted" and viewing on BSCscan is empty

I tried swapping coins via Metamask Swap features and it got stucked on submitted, I can't cancel nor speed it up, i viewed BSCScan and it was empty then all of my transactions got stucked, please help me on this, I can't play my games that are connected to my Metamask BSC

note: tried everything like edit nonce to reseting, still every transaction is stucked
