Visualization doc in internal docs is 404.

When I looked at the internal development documentation, I found [How to generate a visualization of this repository's development](https://github.com/MetaMask/metamask-extension/blob/develop/docs/development-visualization.md) was missing.

2. Click on [How to generate a visualization of this repository's development](https://github.com/MetaMask/metamask-extension/blob/develop/docs/development-visualization.md)

Start at the develop branch's docs directory and verify the missing docs/development-visualization.md link. Determine whether the document can be restored from repository history or another source; done means the linked internal documentation page resolves instead of returning 404.
