Polygon Matic links are outdated

**Describe the bug**

Metamask says the latest information for the Polygon MATIC network is unverified and not matching the records.
Also this page is missing: https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/Chainlist

**Steps to reproduce (REQUIRED)**

Add Polygon MATIC programmatically as per instructions in their docs.
Get this error message: `The network details for this chain ID do not match our records. We recommend that you verify the network details before proceeding.`

**Expected behavior**
Metamask should use the new URLs as per the official docs

Mainnet: https://rpc-mainnet.maticvigil.com/
Testnet: https://rpc-mumbai.maticvigil.com/

Search the extension for the Polygon MATIC network configuration, then compare its RPC URLs with the official Polygon documentation linked in the issue. Confirm the Mainnet and Mumbai URLs are updated and verify that the Chainlist page is represented as required; done means MetaMask no longer reports mismatched network details.
