connecting an account to all TLD of a dApp

Hi

Is there a way that the connection request would connect all top-level domains of the domain name?

for example connecting once to dapp.io
in a way that will connect the account to all its TLDs ( app1.dapp.io, app2.dapp.io, app3.dapp.io)

or
sending the connection request with a few more TLDs explicitly
