EIP-1559 - Add tests for new functionality

Much of development for EIP-1559 UI has been in flux and depending upon how we can get data into the components. With more complete data information, we can then start wiring up components and adding enough tests:

- [ ] Jest tests
- [ ] E2E tests
- [ ] Fix up / modify existing tests

Start by locating the EIP-1559 UI components and the existing tests that cover them. Run the current Jest and E2E suites, then define coverage for the new functionality and update any affected existing tests; the work is done when the relevant Jest and E2E tests pass.
