Can't send Harmony ONE to address due "Network does not support ENS" error

Hello,
I can't send Harmony ONE to address due to "Network does not support ENS" error to gate.io and I tried a lot of times. I get the addres from gate.io which is a ONE address:
`one1n99caxgsd5rf3j8vmkx8mhw5jlr2sk6ee3p39x`

When I try to send my ONE amount to the exchange Metamask says "Network does not support ENS". I don't have problems with sending ETH for example. I can swap my ONE amount to ETH but I don't want for the taxes are high.

**Expected behavior**
Able to send ONE to ONE address.
