Pop Up Window is Not Long Enough

**Steps to produce**
Just create a transaction. Observe the pop-up not long enough and so you need to scroll.

I expect the pop-up window to be long enough to accommodate components.

It is very annoying to have to scroll each time. Please fix this for sake of user experience.

Start by reproducing the issue by creating a transaction in the MetaMask extension and inspecting the transaction pop-up layout in Firefox or Chrome. Identify the UI entry point responsible for the pop-up dimensions; the issue is done when the transaction components fit without requiring scrolling.
