Description
Currently we only keep track of the network status and details of the current globally selected network. We should keep track of the network status and details of all active networks, not just the current globally selected one.
For now we can initialize the network status and details when the network client is first used. We can consider refreshing this information at different points in time as a future enhancement.

Research direction
Start at the network client and trace how status and details are currently initialized for the globally selected network. Extend that initialization to cover all active networks, and consider the work complete when each active network has stored status and details without requiring it to be globally selected.
