Update Behavior when clicking on Groups chips on Metadata panel

Clicking a Group chip on the metadata panel should link to the node on the graph viewer and zoom to it, as it currently does. An option to copy the iD and/or open a new tab with URL is needed to from the chip

Start at the metadata panel's Group chip behavior and trace how its current click action links to and zooms the node in the graph viewer. Define the chip actions for copying the node ID and opening its URL in a new tab; done means the existing navigation still works and the requested options work reliably.
