Description
We have a scenario where a statement has an already in use a population set name + index assigned when it was exported for the first time.
I created https://composer.scicrunch.io/statement/543 as a de novo statement to replace aacar 1 (which is ks/121), expecting it to be named aacar 16 if it was exported (since there are 15 populations in aacar). When it was exported though, it received the rdfs label aacar 5, which already exists!
The correct aacar 5 is https://composer.scicrunch.io/statement/120
How is this possible?
And how to stop this from happening again?
