Description
- Currently I am not able to change population color (I double checked my user belongs to the groups metacell and salk institute and it does).
- If the user does not have permissions to edit the color then disable the color picker, rather than the down arrow in that case display the lock icon (ask Paul for the icon).
- If the user fills a wrong code for the population color pick a random valid color rather than have the empty square as we do now
