Description
- Each segment split into rostral and caudal
- Number of cells on segment region is used to calculate intensity / color
- Color map based on population color (or merged colors of all the populations selected)
- Counting of number of cells is population independent
- x-axis precision and y-axis precision define the scale between width/height of the mesh and the width/height (number of squares per axis) in the heatmap
