Experiments available when new account is created

_We need a way to select a few cords that will be displayed to everyone when they make an account. This could be via the share function. Alternatively Metacell can set up which cords are displayed._

@afonsobspinto it is my understanding that we can select which experiments are visible to anyone (including new users), so far only the resident populations are. correct? I would refrain from proposing that we can develop an interface for them to be able to adjust that because it'll take a lot of time and work. I would propose with the second option, they tell us what expeirments can be seen by anyone and we do it. thoughts? @zsinnema
