Experiment analysis and prepare one mock experiment

prepare one mock experiment with real 3d data
questions:
- how do we identify each population in the experiment data (how do we really extract this info from the cordmap data?)?
- how do we identify each section? Info should be available in the cordmap output data, to be documented.

knowing that the cordmap pipeline will take a bit to be implemented, it might be useful to prepare a set of data that the frontend application can statically load and be used by the frontend developers to work with.

On the second point, this is dependant by the cordmap z coordinate that will allows us to work with the subdivisions as well.
