Connect Keycloak users and groups updates to the Workspaces application

Workspaces will use the Keycloak users and groups for user and team management.

In order to receive updates from the Keycloak admin we need to connect the KC admin to the Workspaces app.

This can be done by adding a KC admin listener to Keycloak that produces Kafka messages into a Topic and then let the Workspaces app listen to that Topic

Start by locating the Keycloak admin listener, the Kafka topic, and the Workspaces user and team management entry points. Confirm how Keycloak user and group updates should be published and consumed; done means those updates reach the Workspaces application reliably.
