Apply image shifting to both population centroids and probability map

Description
Due to the difference between the image geometric center and the grid/canal center we need to shift all images (besides the grid) the same offset. We are doing that for static assets but not for the dynamic ones.
We can see the error clearly with Validation_Cord2_Data, C5 segment:
