Segment toggling and neuronal centroids in 3D -- unexpected behaviour

Description
When I toggle off some segments in the 3D, the mesh disappears but the neurons inside remain. I think the expected behavior is that by toggling off one segment, the neurons inside of it disappear too. In other words, there is never the scenario in which we can see the neurons without the mesh around them
