Home page - cosmetic

In the home page, experiments appears as cards. every card can has a different number of labels set by the user. Depending on the number of labels, the card seems to change size (more labels, longer card). Could we set this up such that cards will always be of the same size regardless of the number of labels? I would leave two rows for the labels, and if there are labels that do not fit in two rows, the user will have to scroll down to see the rest of the labels. If there are 0 labels, or not enough labels to fill two rows, the space will appear empty. thoughts? @zsinnema @tarelli @afonsobspinto
