Description
@afonsobspinto the scrollbar on the right part of the screen makes the heatmap move. I think the heatmap should fit the size of the tab and not jiggle when the user scrolls through the list of subsections. We had a conversation with @zsinnema about how to solve this, but I am not sure what the conclusion was.
