Plots not automatically resizing when maximised

To reproduce:
- Load NWB ile, e.g.http://nwbexplorer.opensourcebrain.org/?nwbfile=https://api.dandiarchive.org/api/assets/f9a896d5-a007-4f19-a80c-6d0650e9356a/download/
- plot one time series

- press maximise in top right corner of plot
- frame expands but window doesn't

- when plot is resized it notices and resizes the plot to the window
- when plot is restored to original size, it also doesn't resize correctly

Reproduce the issue at the linked NWB Explorer URL by plotting a time series, maximising the plot, and then restoring it. Done means the plot resizes with its frame in both maximised and restored states without requiring a separate window resize.
